InkNote brings handwritten notes, documents, planners and lecture recordings into one workspace. Read and annotate your files, organise what matters, and return to your work on iPhone, iPad or Mac.

Read, write and organise

• Import PDFs, supported Word and Excel files, and images.
• Write and draw with Apple Pencil on a compatible iPad, or add typed notes with a keyboard.
• Keep selected passages in My Notes, with links back to the source document and page.
• Export your notes and annotations as PDF files.

Turn paper into organised pages

Scan documents with the camera on supported iPhone and iPad devices. Review your pages, add more scans, remove unwanted images and drag pages into the right order. Choose enhanced colour, grayscale or black-and-white filters.

On Mac, import scanned images from files and use the same page review, filter and ordering tools.

Capture lessons and refine your notes

Record a lesson and turn supported speech into text. Edit or copy the transcript on the same page. AI-assisted transcript editing is available on compatible devices when the required system model is available; speech and AI features depend on device, system and language support.

Plan in your own style

Choose from note, study and planning templates, including colourful layouts. Create pages in A3, A4, A5, A6 or A7 sizes. InkNote includes 22 interface languages, including English, German, Turkish and Greek.

Continue on another device

Enable optional iCloud sync to keep your notes and attachments available on your iPhone, iPad and Mac signed in to the same iCloud account. Offline changes stay on the device and can sync when a connection is available. This is personal library sync, not live collaborative editing.

Planned availability and subscription

InkNote is being prepared for App Store release. The planned subscription includes a 3-day free trial for eligible new subscribers, followed by an automatically renewing annual subscription.

The planned price for Türkiye is TRY 499 per year, subject to the final App Store price configuration. Prices in other countries will be shown in the local App Store currency. The price and any available trial shown by Apple before confirmation will apply.

A trial begins only after you confirm the subscription through Apple. Unless cancelled, the subscription renews at the displayed annual price after the trial. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple subscription settings.

Your existing notes remain available to view and export as PDFs when a subscription ends.
